This small process skid package included a pair of centrifugal blowers, motor starter panels, and instrument junction boxes for one of our manufacturing clients. This system included purged and pressurized motor starter panels suitable for Class 1, Div 2 hazardous area locations.
These pump skid packages contain the pumps, isolation valves, check valves, and interconnecting piping headers designed to stack together to accommodate changes in your flow demands. We designed the unitized structural steel bases to set in place from a tilt deck utility trailer to accommodate sites with limited equipment availability.
Our System integration group also provided these rack mount VFDs and small PLC control panels, completing the package for this production pad.
