Our client contacted PTI to evaluate their rebuild options for a gas-fired pizza oven used in their demo kitchen. Our engineering group worked with our fabrication shop to disassemble and assess the condition of the existing equipment and develop a plan to rebuild and upgrade the end-of-life components while breathing new life into the old conveyor oven.
A Texas based confectionery contracted our engineering team to evaluate their wastewater treatment operations to determine if the aqueous ammonia and other chemicals used on-site created a flammability hazard. Our engineers completed the evaluation using the applicable NFPA and NEC standards and provided recommendations for their facility.
