Jim Raydo

Jim Raydo brings more than four decades of experience in the Technical Sales Field to his role as Manager of Business Development at Principal Technology, Inc. After earning a B.A. in Marketing from Syracuse University, Jim began his career as International Sales Manager with Flowtronex PSI (A division of Flowtronex International). Jim created opportunities for the company through expansion efforts into Southeast Asia, China, and the Middle East, which led to him being selected to lead the expansion of products into Europe. In this position, Jim oversaw the operations of a UK-based facility that manufactured pre-packaged pumping stations for the Turf Irrigation and Building Trades industries.

After the sale of Flowtronex PSI to Gould’s Pumps, Jim was appointed Director of Business Development at Integrated Flow Solutions (Formally Flowtronex International), a role which enabled him to drive competitiveness and company visibility in Power Generation and Air Control System markets through the development of “engineered to order” products. Jim was solely accountable for P&L processes and reporting for the Power and AQCS division.

As Vice President of Integrated Flow Solutions, Jim led the startup of a Middle East office in Dubai through developing sales representatives, networking, and enforcing compliance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. In this role, Jim was responsible for client acquisition and adapted sales strategies according to changing markets to ensure a competitive edge.

In his current role as Manager of Business Development with Principal Technology, Inc, Jim’s vast experience in business and sales provides invaluable knowledge and experience to the team.
